After struggling to find a cleaning service that was transparent, reliable, and consistent, Rachel decided to build a company that delivers the level of service she
wished existed.
Using her business background and experience in operations and management, Rachel launched Professionally Polished with a focus on clear pricing, dependable service, and high-quality cleaning
standards.
Today, Professionally Polished has grown into a team of 16 professional cleaners serving more than 250 homes and commercial properties each month across Northwest Indiana and parts of Illinois.
