Home Reset Service Policies

Thank you for choosing Professionally Polished Cleaning! Our Home Reset services are designed to help simplify your daily routine and keep your home feeling organized, refreshed, and manageable. Please review the policies below regarding these services.

Consultation Requirement

A brief consultation is required prior to scheduling any Home Reset services. This allows us to customize services to your needs, discuss expectations, and provide accurate pricing.

Customized Services

Each Home Reset package may be tailored to fit your home, preferences, and budget. Not all services are included in every package unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

Laundry Services

Laundry services include washing, drying, and folding up to two loads of linens and/or towels during your scheduled service time unless otherwise discussed.

• Additional laundry may require additional time and fees.
• We are not responsible for damage due to manufacturer defects, delicate fabrics, improperly labeled items, or color bleeding.

Tidying & Organization

Our team will assist with general straightening, resetting surfaces, fluffing cushions, making beds, and reducing visible clutter.

• We do not provide deep organizational services.
• For safety and liability reasons, we do not organize paperwork, valuables, medications, or personal financial documents.

Grocery & Delivery Put-Away

Clients may schedule grocery or household deliveries to arrive during their cleaning appointment.

• Items will be put away in designated locations provided by the client.
• Perishable items should arrive during the scheduled appointment window.
• We are not responsible for missing, incorrect, or damaged delivery items from third-party services.

Kitchen Concierge Services

Kitchen Concierge services may include loading/unloading dishwashers, hand washing dishes, and putting dishes away.

• Excessive dish buildup may require additional time or fees.
• Broken or chipped items must be reported prior to service.

Time Limitations

Home Reset services are completed within the scheduled appointment timeframe. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require added time, rescheduling, or additional charges.

Safety & Sanitation

For the safety of our staff:

• Excessive biohazards, mold, pests, or unsafe conditions may result in service refusal or additional fees.
• Pets must be secured during service appointments unless introduced and comfortable with cleaners.

Satisfaction Policy

If there is an issue with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address concerns promptly.

Payment Policy

Payment is due according to your standard recurring service agreement unless otherwise discussed in writing.
